Hi, my name is Alexandra Freches Duque and I'm a Portuguese Clinical Psychologist, currently living in Cork, Ireland.
For me, Empathy is the foundation stone of the therapeutic relationship, and every talk therapy or session grows on it. So, for me, the Person and the Connection are the real answer to those who seek recovery, wellbeing, learning, as well as new paths, answers, hopes or behaviours, along with inner peace...

As a Clinical Psychologist, I've attained my qualifications in Portugal, with a degree in Clinical Psychology, a Master in Psychology – Psychotherapy, a Post-Graduation in Clinical Hypnosis, a Post-Graduation in Psychodynamic Clinical Psychology, and trainings in Crisis Intervention and Regression Therapy.
I've been practicing with children, teenagers, adults, couples and families, both in Portugal and Ireland, with a wide variety of Mental Health issues, using integrative techniques, stemming from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-based Interventions, Critical Incident Stress Management, Health Psychology, Logotherapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Jungian Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnosis, Emotion Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Systemic Psychotherapy, Play-Therapy, Parent Work, and Parent-Child Interaction.

Hi, I'm André! I have been working in IT for over thirty years, specializing in Linux system administration, security, automation and architecture, mostly for ITFIN and ITTELCO. I have also contributed through technical writing and training on Linux and different applications and scenarios.
However, my interests are quite broad, and, over the years, I have sought training in Business, Performance and Leadership Coaching, as well as Esports Health and Performance, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
My gaming career and hobby goes back to 1997. Through the years I have been a Semi-Pro player, a National Head Coach(UT iCTF), Clan leader, Referee in international competitions (Clanbase), and Supervisor and Co-Supervisor in international leagues (Clanbase).
From then I have been coaching players, teams and organizations and helping them reach a better performance, through 1on1 sessions, group sessions and workshops.
